Previously unpublished images from The Associated Press recounts a year of devastation, grief and mourning.
In the year since Russia’s ruthless invasion of Ukraine, there have been a flood of heartbreaking images documenting the devastation, pain and loss from Europe’s biggest war since WWII. Thousands have been killed and more than 8 million Ukrainians have fled their homes. Photojournalists from The Associated Press have been there all along.
